Won an RFP to transform the customer experience function for a global shipper and take their call center into the cloud, beating out several top 10 consulting firms and creating the largest transaction for the bid-winning vendor in its history, and a $3M implementation contract for my client.
Then!! Helped manage the implementation of the nearly 14K seats across all global regions.

Helped to establish early operations, recruiting, and marketing functions for a 100% online telebehavioral health care facility, resulting in the increase of revenues by 800%, and growth to serve mental health patients and the clinicians that serve them across eight states.

Built the marketing and communications functions for a $3M white-glove technical recruiting consultancy which served high-growth tech companies like Nextdoor, Slack, Stripe, Door Dash, and others.

Helped to launch and scale a $450M project contracted by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development to help relocate and house Asylum Seekers that have found their way to New York City and have asked for assistance.
